The Fat Separator ECODEPUR^® GORTECH^® SEFCLEAN GS 1850-AST works to remove and dehydrate the solid organic matter typical of this type of effluent, preventing the appearance of bad odours.

The effluent enters an inlet chamber where the solids are retained until subsequent sieving. At this stage, the gradates are removed by a sieve which automatically dehydrates and transports the solids to a removable tank. This screening takes place at the effluent inlet, before it enters the grease separator.

Subsequently, through a set of baffles and the reversal of the flow direction due to gravity differences, the grease accumulates on the surface, allowing it to be removed automatically by the equipment. The direction of operation allows the effluent to travel a distance corresponding to twice the length of the equipment, thus increasing the retention time and maximising the operation of the equipment.
