ECODEPUR® SR

ECODEPUR® SR GRP Pumping Stations consist of a GRP tank, equipped with 2 to 3 pumps suitable for the type of water to be lifted, a control panel and level switches. They include a cover, fall protection grid, grading basket, check and shut-off valves, automatic coupling bases, guides and compression pipework in AISI304 stainless steel or PVC.

Designed and dimensioned taking into account the specific type of each application, with a view to optimising their operation and achieving the pre-established objectives safely and reliably. Check and shut-off valves can be installed inside the well or in a prefabricated external valve box.

The operation of the ECODEPUR® SR Pumping Station is controlled automatically by the electrical panel and a set of four level switches (pear-type floats).
Each float corresponds to an operating level:

Shutdown (protection of pumps against dry running);
Start-up / alternation (alternating start-up of each pump: pump 1 starts, pump 2 starts);
Reinforcement (if the first pump is not enough, start the second pump so that both are working);
Alarm (if the two pumps are not enough to empty the station, the alarm goes off).

The buoys are supplied with a reduced safety voltage (24 V) so as not to constitute a danger of electrocution in the event of damage, and the pumps are protected by the electrical panel.
