High capacity for separating and storing fats and starches

The ECODEPUR® GORFEC Fat and Starch Separators are equipment designed to receive and process
waste water contaminated with fats and starches from domestic or industrial use, originating from the
food handling.

They are made of polyethylene, a material with high mechanical resistance and insensitivity to corrosion that has been duly tested.

The operation of grease separators requires no energy consumption and is based on the gravitational separation of materials with a different density to water. The heavier materials (sludge, sand, etc.) settle in the pre-decantation compartment.
