Screw screens ECODEPUR® ECO-TR for channel installation
Os tamisadoresECODEPUR® ECO-TR screw screens are designed to remove solids (≥ 8 mm) from wastewater, transporting them without compaction, and are intended for installation in concrete channels.
These screw screens are typically used as pre-treatment systems to optimise operation and maintenance, reducing the frequency and effort of interventions in domestic and industrial wastewater treatment plants as well as pumping stations.
* Equipment also available in AISI 316 and with other filter meshes.
Includes:AISI304 manual cleaning protection grille, electric control panel with level and/or timer and installation kit.

Screw Screen with compaction chamber ECODEPUR® ECO-TCR
Os tamisadores compactadores ECODEPUR® ECO-TCR screw screens with compaction chambers are designed to remove fine solids (≥ 8 mm), transport them, and compact them, and are intended for installation in concrete channels.
This equipment is typically used as a pre-treatment system to simplify inspection and maintenance, reducing the cleaning frequency of wastewater treatment plants in small villages, industries, hotels, resorts, vehicle washing facilities, and similar applications. The system allows solids dewatering of up to 40%.

* Equipment also available in AISI 316
Includes: AISI304 manual cleaning protection grille, electric control panel with level and/or timer with emergency mixer and solenoid valve for wash water.

ECODEPUR® ECO-TRX sieve pre-installed in prefabricated channel
Os tamisadores ECODEPUR® ECO-TRX are designed for solid removal (≥ 8 mm) from effluents, with transport and without compaction, pre-assembled on a AISI304 channel. This equipment is used as pre-treatment to easy exploration/maintenance, reducing the cleaning periodicity of WWTP from small villages, industries, hotels, resorts, washing vehicles, etc. This equipment’s is applied in above ground solutions, after pumping, to minimize construction and time to install.

* Equipment also available in AISI 316.
Includes: Timer control panel
